The concert program offered by Carolyn was extended from Italy to Germany, through the France. The new Balbastre (a piece discovered now) "the Canonade" was a great success, as well as the first movement of Bach-Vivaldi transcription, and the personal interpretation of the Toccata and Fugue BWV565; it was carried out with strong colors and frequent jumps keyboards. The eclectic American/French organist is 'well adapted to the mechanical organ, although usually accustomed to instruments of romantic inspiration.

PAOLO BOTTINI CONCERT

A interesting program was offered by Paolo Bottini: a transformation of the Dom Bedos organ in 800th Banda, with own transcriptions by Giuseppe Verdi. The msuician has done a painstaking and meticulous work, especially in the art of stops selection. We 'never seen in Rieti this stops change amounts; this was perfomed in a great sync by our Paolo Paniconi and Barbara Fornara. The audience was really impressed by the varied tunes, rhythms and colors of  Giuseppe Verdi and the stringency of the formal implementation of the Paolo Bottini trascription. Definitely a gig to remember, with the surprises of the bells and cymbal crash to the finals! We can say that the Dom Bedos was a unexpectedly versatile organ. The originality of the concert also had a beautiful voice-overs (Mrs. Elena Bottini) which outlined the historical background top people, to explain the contest and allow a better musical piece understanding.

IMARC PINARDEL CONCERT
soprano AGNES MENIER

And here we are the fourth meeting in Rieti with the friendly and eclectic french master, Marc! Pinardel has always presented as an unusual selection of pieces, like some "unknown" as Homilius, author of magnificent choral worthy to be compared to the works of Bach (!), and the beautiful and certainly difficult Krebs, inspired strictly to the themes of Johann Sebastian Bach which was a student. Very interesting the beautiful prelude in C major Buxtheude. Finally, the french musician brought a performance of improvisation, performing all the movements of a classic Mass in the style of Henry Dumont, starting with the themes of French musician and improvising and then the rest in the French style, with the usual form and skill that always astonished. The mass was performed with the responses of alternatim soprano Agnès Menier, the soprano then surprised the audience with a very impressive and intense performance of Ave Maria by Charles Gounod.

PRELUDE
TO THE CONCERT - A. BOTTI & GIUSEPPE VERDI
The evening and final concert was opened with the Aurora Salutis choir, that performs the "Innod'Italia" with a unusual music proposed by A. Botti but not selected early. This was proposed by
Choir director Daniele Rossi; a thanksgiving to the numerous representatives of the choir of Tivoli that has strengthened our choir, and some elements of choral Grotti . After the singular anthem, we heard the lovely chorus of Nabucco, a great effect due tp the choir so "largely reinforced".

THE CONCERT OF FRANCIS TASINI
After the performance of choral Rieti directed by Daniele Rossi,
Francesco Tasini takes place that offers a classic program, you start with the great Prelude and Fugue in C major by JS Bach, a real cathedral sound and within a few masterpieces of 'art of choral Tasini is running a tribute to Böhm on the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the birth of the German master. To finish, a real "sound cathedral": the JS Bach masterpiece "passacaglia and fugue in C minor", performed with all organ "plein jeu" and singing bombarde to the pedal. The playng mode of Tasini was extremely formal and marked, with a great technique of the pedal; this mode of play was philological inspired to JS Bach, and it was derived by the german musician lithographs, that shown JS Bach sit down far from keyboards and walking  over the pedals with own body weight. The concert closes the festival which has seen good success; many people coming in part from abroad.
